Clint founded the firm and has served the Rainy River District since being called to the bar in 1990, building a practice around Indigenous law, real estate, corporate and estate administration matters.

Raised in the Fort Frances area, Lindsay brings a strong connection to the community and a growing practice focused primarily on criminal defence and family law. She is currently accepting both private retainers and clients with Legal Aid Ontario (LAO) certificates. Lindsay completed the Dual JD program through the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy, articling with the Canadian Environmental Law Association in Toronto before being called to the Ontario bar in June 2024. She was also called to the Minnesota Bar in May 2025, offering cross-border services if required.

Merritt joined the firm in May, moving to Fort Frances from Thunder Bay, where he earned his law degree at the Bora Laskin Faculty of Law (Lakehead University), graduating in 2023. Originally from Ancaster, Ontario, he has provided legal services in Provincial Offences, Landlord/Tenant, Family, Real Estate, Insurance, Employment, Wills and Estate Administration, and Civil/Small Claims matters. Outside the office, Merritt plays in the local Borderland Soccer Competitive Men’s League.
